SMART TRICK: Rectangle ka perimeter nikalne ka formula bohat simple hai: 2 × (Length + Width). Di gayi values ko add karein: 58.7 + 23.2 = 81.9. Ab is sum ko 2 se multiply kar dein: 2 × 81.9 = 163.8 meters. Isko nearest whole number par round off karein tou 164 m banta hai. Is liye theek answer Option (C) 164 m hai.
