Correct Answer: D) 11 cm and 27 cm

Solution: Let length = L, width = W. Area imes W = 297$. Checking option B: $27 imes 11 = 297$. Apply condition 2: Length $+ 3 = 30$, Width $- 1 = 10$. New Area = $30 imes 10 = 300$. Increase in area = $300 - 297 = 3$ sq cm. Option B satisfies all conditions.
